Salesforce is one platform, but each industry uses it differently. A wealth firm models households and compliance reviews; a manufacturer models distributors, quotes and ERP orders; a contractor schedules crews and tracks jobs in the field. Industry experience decides which clouds you license, how the data model is shaped and which rules are built in from day one. Each guide below covers the products and services that matter most in that industry.

Industry questions
Does Salesforce have industry-specific products?
Yes. Financial Services Cloud (wealth, banking, insurance), Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud and Education Cloud add industry data models and processes on top of the core platform. Many companies still run well on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Field Service configured for their industry; the right choice depends on your processes and compliance needs, not your industry label alone.
Which industries does Abstrakt work in?
The 16 industries on this page, each with its own guide. Salesforce has accredited us in Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Automotive, High Tech, and Engineering, Construction & Real Estate, and recognizes us as a Professional Services Expert partner.
Why does industry experience matter for a Salesforce project?
Most of the design decisions in a Salesforce project are industry decisions: how households or policies are modeled, which records regulators expect you to keep, how field crews are dispatched, how quotes are built. A partner who has made those decisions before spends discovery on your differences, not on learning the basics of your business.
What if my industry is not listed?
Most of our Salesforce work transfers across industries: sales process, service operations, integration, data quality and AI. Start with the service that fits your situation, or talk to us about how your industry works.
