Is Abstrakt Solutions a Salesforce implementation and integration partner?
Yes. Abstrakt Solutions is a Salesforce consulting, implementation and integration partner: a Salesforce Select partner since 2017, with 150 Salesforce certifications and 7 Salesforce industry and expert accreditations. We implement new orgs and clouds, integrate Salesforce with ERP, billing and marketing systems, migrate data from other CRMs, and run managed services, for every department from sales and service to finance and operations.
What does a Salesforce consultant do?
A Salesforce consultant designs, builds and improves your Salesforce org so it matches how your business sells, serves and reports. That covers scoping and data modeling, configuration and automation, integrations with your other systems, data migration, training and ongoing support. A consulting partner also advises on which Salesforce products you actually need and which you can skip.
What is the difference between a Salesforce consulting partner and a freelancer?
A freelancer is one person with one set of skills. A consulting partner brings a team (admins, developers, architects and integration specialists) and stays accountable if someone leaves. Abstrakt has been a Salesforce Consulting Partner since 2017, and our team holds 150 Salesforce certifications.
How long does a Salesforce implementation take?
It depends on scope, data and integrations. Some examples from our own work: a HubSpot to Salesforce migration for a compliance-software company took 4–6 weeks; a cybersecurity company moved 2,300 accounts onto Sales and Service Cloud in 6–8 weeks; a Salesforce health check and cleanup for a technology-services firm took a 20-hour Jumpstart. Multi-cloud programs with ERP integration run longer.
How much does Salesforce consulting cost?
Cost follows scope: the number of clouds, users and integrations, and how much data has to move. Project work is priced after a discovery call, once the scope is clear. Ongoing managed services are priced separately from project work.
Do you only work with companies in St. Louis?
No. Abstrakt is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, and works with companies across the United States, with 100 focus markets where our industry experience matches the local economy.
Which Salesforce products do you work with?
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (including Field Service), Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement, Revenue Cloud and CPQ, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Agentforce, MuleSoft and Tableau / CRM Analytics.
Can you take over or fix a Salesforce project another partner started?
Yes. Rescue work is a regular part of our practice. We start by assessing what can be kept, then stabilize and finish it. One example: an industrial-services firm had paid a previous partner over $100,000 for a Field Service build it could not use; we rebuilt it and cut licensing for 75–100 field workers.
We already have a Salesforce admin. Do we still need a partner?
Often not for day-to-day work. A partner earns its place when the work needs skills one admin rarely has at once: integration design, data migration, custom development, security review or a new cloud. Plenty of companies keep their admin and bring in a partner for projects, for release testing or as backup so the org does not depend on one person.
What should we prepare before the first call?
A short list of what is not working and who it affects, the Salesforce edition and clouds you have (or are considering), the other systems that need to connect, and any deadline that matters, such as a contract renewal or a busy season. Screenshots of the reports leadership relies on help too. You do not need a requirements document.
Do you implement Agentforce and Salesforce AI?
Yes. In March 2026 we launched an Agentforce Center of Excellence that brings our production Agentforce and Claude work into one delivery framework with evaluation and governance. Most AI projects succeed or fail on data readiness, so we usually start there.
